The manager is fantastic. I called this Discount Tire location after missing my appointment this morning. When I arrived, the manager recognized me immediately, even though we had never met before. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Mike keep up the good work. Thank you for the awesome experience!👏

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently purchased and had four tires installed for my mom's car at Discount Tire, located at 875 S Randall Road, Elgin, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From my initial phone call to the completion of the installation, every interaction exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the consistency in excellent service - even though I worked with two different team members (one over the phone- Mike and another in person- Jason), both were incredibly helpful and professional. The phone representative, Mike was knowledgeable and made scheduling easy, while the in-person staff, Jason handled the service desk task efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. This level of service created such a positive impression that I'll definitely be returning for future tire needs. It's rare to find a business where every touchpoint delivers this kind of "wow" experience. Highly recommend Discount Tire for anyone looking for quality products backed by exceptional customer service. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first visit to this shop. While the prices were a bit higher than what I’m used to, prices are rising everywhere, so it wasn’t unexpected. What impressed me most was their process and leadership. After being in the tire and service industry leadership roles for over 17 years, I can say their operation is truly exceptional. One detail that stood out was how they move vehicles in and out of the shop—they never bring a car in without a spotter guiding it. That level of discipline and safety is something many shops overlook. The showroom was clean and stocked with helpful information for anyone wanting to learn more about tires. My service was completed in under an hour, the visit was smooth from start to finish, and there were no interruptions. Overall, I would recommend this place for tire installation. Strong processes, exceptional leadership, and a very professional operation.

I came here in the morning to have my tires removed so I could get my rims repaired. I had been having trouble finding other shops that could help me with this. Tyler and his crew took care of everything for me. They removed the rims and later helped get everything reinstalled. The whole process was smooth, and they had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I really appreciate their help and professionalism. I definitely recommend this shop for any of your tire needs.

Went to put air in my tires, It was very cold outside 14 degrees, so I drove my car in. They were very helpful. They let me know how low my tire was. They were very courteous and polite. No long lines is a plus, but I went very early around 9:50 a.m.
